Time Out Naples has a great selection of local favorites (alas, not available online); Carla Capalbo's Food and Wine Guide to Naples and Campania also has some good listings (mostly on the more expensive side)
Alice's la Gola in Viaggio, while in Italian, is a great compilation of other Italian restaurant guides (including Gambero Rosso, Slow Food, Michellin, and L'Espresso); their list of recommended restaurants (albeit without descriptions) is also available online.
